Corporate Culture
Jimmy Buffet: "We say what we mean and mean what we say."
Len Moodispaw: "While the financial picture is what the investment community views, it is not the end goal. Rather, the "numbers" are the result of what we do to make this such an outstanding Company. We strive to satisfy our customers, we thrive on challenging work and solving hard problems, we help our country, we support each other and the community in which we live, we try to have fun; these are the goals of a successful organization. Revenue and profits will follow." Our culture is dynamic and atypical in that all employees have equal access to our executives. When an employee raises a question or presents an issue or concern, our executives provide a rapid response in resolving the issue. Employees attend company events throughout the year, such as the annual Winter Party at the M&T Stadium and our summer picnic where senior management volunteer as subjects for a pie toss--all in the name of charity and good fun.
We have a strong commitment to our community. The KEYW Community Connection is a non-profit organization that was established to make a public expression that the employees of KEYW are not only valued and honored for their professional work, but also for their contributions to local communities. As part of our corporate culture, colleagues are encouraged to support their community.
