The GSN Homeland Security Awards honors the most notable IT security products and solutions as well as the most distinguished programs, projects and initiatives of government agencies at all levels that are dedicated to keeping the United States safe and secure. The renowned program is now in its 7th year and has come to be considered the most prestigious award program to recognize innovation and implementation of security in the Homeland Security field.

“Hexis Cyber Solutions is extremely proud that HawkEye G has been awarded the Best Endpoint Detection and Response Solution as part of the Homeland Security Awards by Government Security News,” said Chris Fedde, President, Hexis Cyber Solutions. “We continue to see advanced cybersecurity attacks against endpoints and unsuspecting network environments causing organizations of all sizes and across all industries to fall victim to advanced persistent threats. Empowering security teams to continuously detect, verify and respond to advanced threats against both the endpoints and network, HawkEye G combats adversaries before sensitive data is stolen or compromised. HawkEye G’s ability to actively respond to threats that pose a critical risk has been recognized by the United States Intelligence Community and as result, the solution now serves as an integral component of an integrated Active Cyber Defense (ACD) solution known as SHORTSTOP to protect federal agencies’ endpoints and networks against nation-state adversaries. As a whole, SHORTSTOP is being used as a turn-key system and reference architecture to U.S. federal agencies seeking best in class cyber defense.
