Hexis Cyber Solution’s Katherine Russ-Hotfelter Named to 2015 CRN Women of the Channel List

HANOVER, Md., June 01, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hexis Cyber Solutions (Hexis), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The KEYW Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:KEYW), and a provider of advanced cybersecurity solutions for commercial companies and government agencies, today announced that Katherine Russ-Hotfelter, Director, Worldwide Channel Marketing, has been named to The Channel Company‘s prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel. The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward. This is the second consecutive year in which Russ-Hotfelter’s efforts and strategic direction of Hexis Cyber Solutions’ Partner Program has been recognized by CRN.

This year’s Women of the Channel were carefully reviewed and selected by the editors of CRN based on their accomplishments and the influence they wield over the technology channel.

Leveraging more than 15 years of experience in channel marketing and management, Katherine Russ-Hotfelterhas jump-started the Hexis Cyber Solutions Partner Program, enabling it to quickly become the thriving operation it is today.  Through her strategic guidance and deep understanding of the channel, the Hexisprogram now spans the globe with a tiered and value-added offering. Over the past year, Russ-Hotfelter has created and launched offerings according to reseller needs and demands; for example, in order to demonstrate Hexis’ commitment and dedication to help partners effectively grow demand, she has focused on creating joint marketing and business strategy opportunities with Hexis partners. To further increase channel engagement and enablement, she helped design and introduce an online, co-brandable marketing resource center, which provides partners with on-demand information, sales tools and resources and marketing campaigns.

“These executives have made a lasting mark on the industry, expanding the breadth of influence in the technology channel,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We congratulate the Women of the Channel, and celebrate their innovative contributions and commitment to the IT channel community.”

“We’re pleased to congratulate our very own Katherine Russ-Hotfelter on garnering this highly-respected industry recognition by CRN for the second year in a row,” said Patrick Reilly, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Hexis Cyber Solutions. “Hexis Cyber Solutions is committed to further enhancing our 100-percent channel driven business model.
