KeyW’s Parrot Labs Named An Official Provider in National Cyber Education and Training Catalog

HANOVER, Md., September 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The KeyW Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:KEYW) today announced that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has named KeyW’s Parrot Labs an official cybersecurity provider in DHS’ National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies (NICCS) Education and Training Catalog.

This government-sponsored online catalog is the central location for cybersecurity professionals to search for specific training courses designed to help them achieve their workforce development objectives, add to their skill set, increase their level of expertise, earn a certification or transition to a new career.

In addition, all Parrot Labs courses are aligned to specialty areas in the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, a blueprint for categorizing, organizing and describing cybersecurity work into categories; specialty areas; work roles; tasks; and knowledge, skills and abilities.
