We want you to sign up for our courses too! Just click “Register for Course” on the course page and complete our Payment Agreement. Once we receive your payment agreement, we will reach out to you to complete the enrollment process.

I NEED TO TRAIN A GROUP OF PEOPLE. ARE THERE GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Yes! Email Us your needs and we will provide you with more information about pricing and scheduling for groups. We strive for an 80/20 balance in our courses, 80% on keyboard and 20% lecture. Read more about our PCTE-Mobile training available for groups on the go.

WHAT IF I CAN’T GET TO YOUR HANOVER, MD FACILITY?

As of March 2017, we released our Persistent Cyber Training Environment – Mobile (PCTE-M) training platform. We bring a persistent training environment along with 20 student laptops to you and enable proficiency-based training for your organization. Please contact us for more information, pricing and scheduling a course for your organization.

WHAT IS YOUR STUDENT NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY?

All of our course work is performed within the bounds of The American Council on Education (ACE) training practices, providing credit to our students for certain courses that are ACE certified.

WHAT IS YOUR DOCUMENTATION POLICY?

WHAT IS YOUR CERTIFICATE PROCESS?

After you have completed the OMA or DFA capstone, assessment results are provided to you within five (5) business days via email.  If you have passed the capstone, you will receive a letter containing your grade, and a Completion Certificate.  If you have not passed the capstone, you will receive a letter that can be used for future Continuing Education Units.

To check on your pass/fail status after the 5 day window, log-in to your account. If you would like to appeal your final grade, Parrot Labs has a documented appeals process. If there is evidence of academic or professional misconduct, Parrot Labs can revoke or invalidate an individual’s certificate.  For more information, you can read our full policy here: Invalidating a Certificate.
